    Railport Arad Intermodal Terminal, located directly next to the free Zone Curtici, is the biggest and most up to date inland terminal in Romania and also one of the biggest in the Central and Eastern European region. Railport Arad aims to play a major role as a key terminal operator of the CEE region focusing on serving both continental and intercontinental container traffic and planning to become an even bigger hub for cargo flow between Western Europe, Turkey and the Balkan region.
    • Total land area: 10.3 ha
    • Built-in area: 9 ha
    • Total storage capacity: full/ empty 3.000 TEU
    • Parking lot for trailers waiting to be railed
    • Railway tracks: 5 tracks of more than 600 meters each under the cranes and 2 tracks for parking wagon sets
    • Equipment: 4 RTG cranes and 3 reach-stackers, meaning an annual lifting capacity of 180.000 units. Our 3 terminal tractors can move the trailers to and from the train.
