We’ve just received an information that a connected with Trade Trans Group Vienna restaurant Marktachterl was recently assessed and received 14 out of possible 20 points in the new issue of Gault Millau guide. The criteria used to assess cuisine by this eminent Austrian culinary guide are freshness and quality of the food, especially seasonal food, the preservation of the taste of the ingredients, creativity and harmony in the preparation, quality of soups and sauces, and imagination in the creation of new compositions. According to the scoring system the received 14 points means very good cuisine offering more than an everyday experience.
We already know which restaurant we choose during our next visit to Vienna.
