Previous Management Board of PS Trade Trans re-elected

On 29 August 2012 an important Shareholders' Meeting of PS Trade Trans was held.

Previous board members:

• Zbigniew Janicki – Chairman
• Karl Meglitsch – Vice-chairman
• Sylwester Pruchniewski – Member of the Board

will continue their work in the Management Board during the next three-year cadence.

The new Supervisory Board includes following persons (two new members):

• Andrzej Niedbala – Chairman
• Rafal Szmytke – Vice-chairman (new)
• Jacek Tarnowski – Member of the Board
• Daniel Ryczek – Member of the Board
• Octavian Mirica – Member of the Board (new)

We wish the members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board a lot of success in the new period.

At the same time a thanks to the previous long-standing chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Andrzej Pieczara (withdrawal).
