Dariusz Daniluk - a new CEO of TRADE TRANS in Poland

Yesterday in Warsaw an important shareholder's meeting at the Polish rail freight forwarder TRADE TRANS was held. Mr. Dariusz Daniluk was appointed as a Chief Executive Officer. For many yeares Mr. Dariusz Daniluk has been employed as executive in a banking sector. From now on he will manage the largest rail freight forwarding company TRADE TRANS from PKP CARGO Logistics group.
At the same meeting the shareholders decided to dismiss Mr. Tomasz Pochwat from the Management Board of the company. Therefore the Management Board consists of only two people. Mr. Eugene Tudor as Vice CEO has been working since September this year.
We congratulate the new CEO and wish both the Management Board and the whole company a lot of success not only in the New Year 2014.

Dariusz Daniluk – nowym Prezesem Zarządu PS TRADE TRANS

Wczoraj odbyło się ważne Zgromadzenie Wspólników polskiego spedytora kolejowego PS TRADE TRANS w Warszawie. Pan Dariusz Daniluk powołany został na Prezesa Zarządu. Pan Dariusz Daniluk zatrudniony był poprzednio przez wiele lat na kierowniczych stanowiskach w sektorze bankowym. Obecnie będzie kierował największą w Polsce kolejową firmą spedycyjną PS TRADE TRANS z grupy PKP CARGO Logistics.
Jednocześnie wspólnicy zdecydowali o odwołaniu z Zarządu tej firmy Pana Tomasza Pochwata i obecnie Zarząd składa się znowu z dwóch osób. Pan Eugen Tudor, Wiceprezes Zarządu pracuje od września br.
Gratulujemy nowemu Prezesowi Zarządu i życzymy zarówno Zarządowi jak i całej Firmie wielu sukcesów nie tylko w Nowym Roku 2014.
