CEO of PKP CARGO S.A. resigns

Polish media reported on November 18 that CEO of PKP Cargo SA, Łukasz Boroń resigned shortly after the successful debut of the rail freight operator on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This resignation was for personal reasons.

Former Vice President, Adam Purwin will now take over CEO duties. The new head of the carrier will be selected by the extended panel of the Board.

Prezes Zarządu PKP CARGO zrezygnował ze stanowiska

Polskie media informowały 18 listopada, że krótko po skutecznym debiucie PKP CARGO SA na giełdzie warszawskiej ze stanowiska zrezygnował Łukasz Boroń, Prezes Zarządu tego kolejowego przewoźnika towarowego. Jako przyczynę rezygnacji podano jego sytuację osobistą.

Dotychczasowy Wiceprezes Zarządu, Adam Purwin pełnić będzie obowiązki Prezesa Zarządu. Nowy szef przewoźnika ma być wybrany przez radę nadzorczą w poszerzonym składzie osobowym.
